Let's dive into the details of these amazing tea -

*Organic pan-fried green tea:*
Boil water at 70-85°C (just when water starts to boil wait for few seconds and when you see vapours coming out turn off the heat). If you boil water @ 100°C by mistake then add a dash of cold water and keep it for 1 minute, water temperature will be at 70-85°C.
Take 2 gm of pan-fried green tea and put it in a container and pour boiled water on it. Cover it and Let it brew for not more than 2-3 minutes. Strain the tea and enjoy Assamese pan-fried green tea.

*Assam Golden Black 2nd flush:*
boil water at 100°C. Take 2 gm of tea in a cup or pot and pour boiled water on it. Keep it covered for 4-5 minutes and let it brew. Strain the water and enjoy it.

*Chilli Masala Chai:*
boil water at 100°C. Take 2 gm of tea in a cup or pot and pour boiled water on it. Keep it covered for 4-5 minutes and let it brew. Strain the water and enjoy it.
