"COVID TOOLKIT" just to take care of yourself / blog by shweta

Hye everyone 🙏
Hope you all are safe and staying at home while properly following the protocols set for us to keep ourselves and our surroundings safe from this pandemic .
Before starting this blog I want you all to pray to God for his blessings for the patients ,and also for for keeping us safe .Also 
I wany to thank everyone who are contributing there bit to help people educate about the correct things and also wanna request others not to create panic and chaos at this time by spreading negative and fake news.

Now lets start the toolkit that has been suggested by many doctors and can be seen in various news -

1. First one being a Thermometer to check your temperature at all times  .

2.Pulse oximeter that is available at every medical shop ,it helps us keep track about oxygen saturation level and also counting our pulse .

3.Steamer you can buy it from amazon or can even steam water directly on stove and use it to steam to breathe properly .

4.Paracetamol keep it for emergency in case of mild fever.

5.ANTI ACID TABLET

6.Anti allergic medicine - 
(Use all these medicines after consulting dcotor ).

7.Thermal flask to keep hot water drink hot water atleast 4,5 times a day .

8.Immunity boostet drink like kadha -
Boil hot water and add clove ,cardamom,cinnamon ,dry grapes (munakka) ,black pepper ,tulsi leaves ,ginger 
Drink this beverage .

9.Turmeric milk hot 

10.Stretch band for exercise 
Exercise is a must and do check 6 times a day your oxygen level 


This is a basic tool along with double masking if you dont have N95 Mask .
These are some of the ways to keep you safe from covid at home during lockdown or in self isolation
